These are the things that inspire & interest me. Music, film, literature. Love & Life. Glamour & Trash. Rock-N-Roll to Hip-Hop by way of Electronica, Sometimes all at once.

This song played over the closing credits of last night’s episode of Girls, which I predictably loved. It seemed appropriate that Paul Simon’s son would provide music for a show filled with the children of other famous people. And I ain’t saying that to be snarky - just being observant!
Just when I thought it was over, I said, “Come sit on my lap” You did and you asked me why I hadn’t tried to kiss you yet And I said that I wanted to yesterday when you took me to your mother’s house And we watched television on the couch and I bought a pack of cigarettes
You said, “Let’s get up and go somewhere no one will be around” I said okay and we got up and ran right out of the crowd And when I took your hands in mine and I kissed you I don’t think there was anybody else in the world
“So many people wait around for love to be found for them, for somebody to say, “I love you.” But sometimes it’s just as much fun to love somebody that doesn’t even think about you or talk to you: She doesn’t have to love you back, you can just think she’s neat, and that’s fine.”
